Tunnel Bar-B-Q TBQ Sauce Recipe (Copycat)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup prepared mustard
1/2 cup vinegar white
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon chile powder
1/4 cup white sugar
Mix all of the ingredients together. The longer this sits the better it is as the vinegar reacts with the sugar.
This goes great on my simple and tender BBQ ribs http://www.christineiscooking.com/2012/01/simple-tender-bbq-ribs.html

I've been living in the south of Russia for the last 17 years but I grew up in Windsor, Ontario, Canada so, naturally, TBQ B-B-Q Sauce sure rang a bell when I came across it. I can't wait to head to the dacha on Sunday, fire up the ol' wood barbecue and treat neighbours and friends to a little down home Canadian cooking; Windsor style.
