Easy Jalapeno Popper Dip
All the great taste of jalapeno poppers without all the work! This is an easy delicious dip that everyone is sure to enjoy! The jalapenos are deseeded so they add flavor, but only a minimum amount of heat.
This makes approximately 2 1/2 cups of dip
Ingredients:
(1) 8 oz brick of softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons of finely diced and deseeded jalapenos
(1) 4 ounce can of mild diced green chiles (drained)
1/2 cup of shredded cheese (I used sharp cheedar)
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients except the shredded cheese and place in an oven safe dish. Top with the shredded cheese.
Microwave or bake in the oven at 375 degrees until warmed through and the cheese is melted (approx 15 minutes).
Serve with tortilla chips, veggies or slices of toasted bread.
